Personal data is any information that can be used to identify a person. Measures are being implemented to ensure that the personal data of the customers are always safe with the managers and that the processing of the personal data of the customers takes place in accordance with all data protection laws, internal policies, guidelines, and procedures. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide the natural person – the data subject – with information about the purpose, scope, protection, and processing term of personal data processing during data acquisition and processing of the data subject’s personal data.

   The Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (Regulation) and other applicable legislation on privacy and

4. What is the Privacy Policy?
   The privacy policy is a link between DISKGOLF.LV and a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the User) who communicates with DISKGOLF.LV and/or uses the DISKGOLF.LV website and/or the services provided.
   DISKGOLF.LV is committed to protecting the User’s personal data. The privacy policy allows the User to understand what information is obtained when the User sends their data to FATTO DISKGOLF.LV or DISKGOLF.LV acquires it in other ways, why DISKGOLF.LV collects this data and how it will be used. 6. What User data does DISKGOLF.LV process?
   • Name, surname, personal identification number/date of birth, correspondence address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
   • Bank data, if provided;
   • Data that the Customer himself informs DISKGOLF.LV;
   • User’s IP address information;
   • Cookies (website browsing data);
   • Etc. personal data, depending on the type of service provided to the Client.
   This information is kept on DISKGOLF.LV servers are located in a secure infrastructure.
   When the User interacts with DISKGOLF.LV services, the DISKGOLF.LV servers maintain a unique activity log for the User’s security, which stores certain administrative and data flow information, including:
   • IP addresses;
   • access times;
   • access dates;
   • previously visited pages;
   • the language to be used;
   • software error reporting by browser program used.

   User data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, but if such a need arises, User data can only be transferred to countries that ensure the same level of data protection of natural persons as provided by the European Union.
7. What means does DISKGOLF.LV use for data collection and processing?
   DISKGOLF.LV can automatically collect the aforementioned data and receive personal data that the User provides when using the services or otherwise communicating and interacting with the website. DISKGOLF.LV can also receive personal information from other service providers online. Likewise, DISKGOLF.LV can engage third-party service providers to provide technical support in the provision of the service. DISKGOLF.LV has access to information that the User has provided to these service providers and third-party e-commerce service providers, in compliance with all privacy policy norms.
8. What is the basis for processing Users’ personal data?
   User’s personal consent – The User, as a subject of personal data, by filling out the application and/or contact forms, gives consent to the collection and processing of personal data for certain purposes. Also, the User agrees to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes in order to express new and individual offers (the User can, of course, withdraw this consent). 10. Duration of storage of users’ personal data

    a) While the User uses the service;
    b) The term of storage of personal data is determined or follows from the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union;
    c) As necessary for the realization and protection of the legitimate interests of DISKGOLF.LV;
    d) Until the User’s consent to the processing of personal data has been withdrawn.
11. What are the security conditions?
    By using DISKGOLF.LV services or communicating with DISKGOLF.LV, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of DISKGOLF.LV’s service provision. DISKGOLF.LV provides, constantly reviews, and improves protection measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure, or destruction.     DISKGOLF.LV stores all personal information received from the User in a protected database, encrypting part of the data, the connection of which is protected.
12. What are the User’s rights?

    To correct all personal data about yourself at the disposal of DISKGOLF.LV,
